In the heart of India, where dreams often fade in the face of adversity, Smiles to Miles Foundation was born with a mission to transform lives and break boundaries. Established with a deep commitment to driving positive change, our journey began with a simple yet powerful belief — that small actions can create ripples of impact, turning smiles into miles of progress.
Smiles to Miles started as a grassroots movement to address plastic and e-waste recycling, aiming to protect the environment while empowering communities. As the initiative gained momentum, we recognized the pressing need to go beyond environmental action and address deeper societal challenges.
Our passion led us to expand our focus areas, tackling solar power challenges in rural India, enabling access to sustainable energy where it’s needed the most. But our journey didn’t stop there. We also turned our attention toward women empowerment, standing by acid attack survivors and victims of abuse, providing them with support, dignity, and opportunities to rebuild their lives.
As we worked closely with communities, another urgent challenge emerged — the rise of drug abuse among youth. Recognizing the devastating impact of substance abuse on young lives and families, we took on the challenge of spreading awareness, offering counseling, and facilitating rehabilitation programs to guide young minds toward a brighter future.
